I had a strong feeling that I should not take my Vacuum here for repair. But, I thought, I would give them a chance. What a mistake that was. It took them about a week to look at it. In the process, they ruined my Vacuum. When I brought it home, it would not go down to the floor. The lowest it would go was a 1/2 inch off the floor. Apparently, they had damaged the wheel assembly.

When I took the Vacuum back to their store to have them fix it correctly, I was told lie, after lie, after lie. They did everything they could to lie their way out of this. They were completely incompetent and totally unprofessional.

UPDATE
I called Hoover, to get the Vacuum repaired, and explained the situation, and Hoover told me to take the Vacuum back to Mesquite Janitorial, and tell them to either, repair it, or replace it. Again, George refuses to repair the Vacuum, and is still trying to lie his way out. Absolutely despicable behavior.

I clean a gymnastics facility. Mesquit's always has what I need in stock, and their supplies are decently priced. They are helpful and have great customer service.
