Country Club Towers

Living in this place is a complete joke!

*Lets start by the laundry rooms, machines broken and sometimes you enter your laundry card and it takes all the money left (for management to replace your money its a headache)

* Every month they leave you an annoying paper on how important it is to pay your rent, HOW ABOUT YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE LAUNDRY ROOMS instead of wasting paper.

*If you love pets or have pets DO NOT RENT HERE, it is $750.00 PER PET! What? does this include a gold bone or will you wipe my dogs ***???

*They decided to fix the parking lots and to paint the building, GREAT NEWS! however get ready, they will probably raise the rent as if you lived in BRICKELL OR MIAMI BEACH.

*Security? useless.

*You pay for water (I have never paid for water before)





Save yourself the hassle and do not even consider visiting this place, they are BRICKELL LIVING WANNA BE, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! NOT WORTH IT, Go look somewhere else. Rude very rude management and the lady who answers the phone talks to you in such a w.e way.
