Jaiba Cabinets Inc

I did not have a good experience with Jaiba Cabinets. The salesperson promised me the moon & the stars, but the installers are unprofessional. They showed up for an all day job with nothing to drink or eat. Then, the countertop was not sealed properly. They left wood dust all over the inside of the cabinets. I was willing to overlook all that except for the biggest problem of all -- they did not leave enough space so that I can install a microwave. I have spent the past 2 weeks trying to get them out here to fix the backsplash so that I can install a microwave but the installer is ignoring my requests. It would only take him a few minutes to cut the backsplash but he has instead refused to fix the problem.



By not being able to control the installer Jaiba has given me very bad customer service. If I could do it all over again I would NOT have hired Jaiba Cabinets.

If we had to do it all over we would not use Jaiba for our kitchen, it has been nothing but a nightmare. Our cabinets were delivered July 11th and our kitchen still isn t done correctly. Wrong size cabinet put above microwave 12" refrigerator cabinet was used instead can t reach to get food out of, regular size dishes won t fit in the cabinets; doors won t close with dishes in the cabinet. Ordered a penisula so we would have a eat in kitchen, they installed it wrong and can t put stools around for eating, They come out to take care of all our problems and leave and never fix it. Again this past Saturday they came and left a short while later and nothing got accomplished. The quality of the cabinets are not top quality like they try to say it is, the wood is very soft which will easily scratch. I can't believe anything that comes out of their mouths, it is all talk and no action. They aren't cabinet makers like they say in there ad, every time they have to reorder us a cabinet it takes awhile because they say it comes from out of state. This experience has turned our dream kitchen into a nightmare kitchen. If this site would let you rate less than a one we would have rated it -10!!!
