I honestly want to help anyone thinking about going to this pet grooming place. They do a decent job on your pet but there it is usually 6 hour wait times. Also, and more upsetting is they cut your dog's whiskers off without asking whether you approve or not. The service is also horrible. Embarrassed this place is even in the city I live in.

The first time I went there I was happy and very satisfied with the service, my

chichita was beautiful .... But after a few visits I started seing that my dog

was very nervous when I picked her up. She had so many scratches and her eyes

very irritated and after a few months I went there again, and left two of my

dogs and my princess has a bad irritation in one of her ears and one of her eyes

is irritated again and the other one came with flies.



Please, be careful because they are amazing when you are new customer, but after

a few visits I feel like they are not nice with the doggies as they used to be.



In my opinion, dogs are moving all the time and they are animals, so if people

want to work with animals, they must know how to deal with them. One time could

be an accident, but no everytime I go there.
