if you are a car dont use this company and if you are selling and customer uses this agent get them to switch by filing a change of agent form he will not fax over proof of insurance to the dealer we had to wait for another statefarm agent to fax it over after we tried it 22k in funding with a lender for two weeks wehave our car and 3 home with statefarm and all other agents we deal are great if your a car dear dont count any help get proof of insurance he is lazy and rude office of course the same it to almost 3 weeks to fund our deal should be same day he should retire we reported him to statefarm every company has a bad egg switch agents any around hickory fine
