        Broken AI system will not get your numbers and wont let you go to an operator without the stupid number that you can only put in with voice that does not understand what you are saying. Using the phone to get a hold of UPS is useless and aggravating as can be.

        Worst Customer Service Center ever. Kathy took two personal calls while 5-6 people waited to be helped. Package was shipped back to CA prior to the pick up date. Was told nothing they could do & it would be 10-15 days before they could have it back in Hickoty. No help at all for a "Customer Service Center"!!!
