        Last year due to improper shutting off/winterization of my home sprinkler system I had a huge mess with the outside valves and pipes bursting. Not to mention there were 4 sprinkler heads just laying around (which obviously were either improperly winterized or sabotaged for the summer activation). When asked to repair the problem, I was told that the shut off valve inside the house had malfunctioned and water was still bleeding into the lines. They provided me with an estimate of $ 450 . I used an outside company to get the repairs done. The repairs cost $350, with all the recommended changes. However later found out that there was nothing wrong with the valve inside the house and it was just not shut off completely ( was changed because it was requested).
        My repeated attempts to talk to Mark the assumed manager/owner of the company have not yielded any results.
        Their solution, “we will refund you the $75 that we charged you for the winterization”. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
