        Overall

        Horrible customer service! According to their hours they close at 8pm Mon- Fri. I walked in at 7:15pm (after working an 11 and a half hour shift in the Operating Room, standing all day!). They told me to come back tomorrow because they were "too tired". They refused to do my Nails. If they want new customers they need to not be so lazy! Never going back there again!
