Allstate Insurance

DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR INSURANCE. If you must go into a physical location go to Elizabeth or Union. My mom went here and the woman was horrible. I have had the same insurance over the past 3 years and my rate has never go up even though my car was hit in an accident yet she told my parents that their rate would go up every year even though they both have great driving records and have never been in an accident to date. (Of course they told my parents this after they have been with the company for almost one year..they did not tell them this when they signed up).Then to cancel their policy first of all she gave us a hard time which if I want to leave you should not question me! If their policy was up and they want to bring their business else where you do not have to drill them with questions about who and why and how much they will be receiving their new policy for and blah blah bla. And then fax proof of the new policy to her? After leaving my first insurance company they never asked me for that information. Moral of the story: the experience was horrible..be ware
