Great gym to go to while on vacation in Hilton Head. Covers all areas of fitness with a professional staff.

Lava has everything from free weights, machines, group exercise, spinning, as well as personal training! Their large and small group turf sessions are so motivating and exciting! I recommend it to everyone :) local or vacationer.

I have been a loyal member of Lava 24 fitness club located on William Hilton Parkway in Hilton Head, SC for the last 3 months and have had an excellent experience. The formula for their success is a combination of location, facility and staff. I would highly recommend this athletic club to anyone who is serious about increasing their fitness level.

This gym is a rough diamond that will get you cut. The highly entertaining staff makes working out something to look forward to. This place is legit.

Best gym on the island! This place has everything from equipment, training programs, free weights, personal trainers, massage therapy, group fitness classes, you name it! If you go anywhere else, you're just going to pay more and get less. Every workout counts at LAVA!

While visiting LAVA Physical Therapy and Work Out Center recently I experienced how personal and friendly the staff was, the finest work out machines and equipment , yoga and other classes in session, and viewed the top notch physical therapy center. You will Love this facility!

This club had everything I needed and was Clean, Professional, helpful and I love the layout!

OK, I was a member in Savannah not Hilton Head but it is the same owner and operator. Since the Savannah location closed rather suddenly and without even providing its members any kind of notification I feel obliged to post this review for potential HHI members. First, the closing without so much as an email from the owners. Second, the really neat video of someone (?) removing the equipment in the middle of the night--waiting in the closet until the adjoining restaurant closed. Note--much of the equipment has been returned. I guess the potential for criminal charges made them rethink that tactic. Then, my credit card being charged AFTER THEY CLOSED! They did offer (at least while they were still returning calls from Savannah) to refund the money if I brought a copy of my bank statement to their office in Hilton Head. No, not inconvenient at all. Steer clear.
