I need more detailed info about training classes and COST (important). I can get an address and phone number from the phone book or elsewhere. If I wanted to make phone calls for information, I would. I search and select a website to obtain information about the trainer and the training - not just a name and phone number.

He may have been skilled at one time, but I would not allow Bill to train my pet hamster. He suggested putting my dog to sleep for what turned out to be minor issues that were corrected in one visit with another trainer. I found Bill to be highly unethical. I am so glad that I trusted my instinct and not Custom Canine or my dog would be dead.
