Kitchen Remodeling
While both satin and eggshell paint sheens can be excellent choices for some interior walls. Satin paints have better stain resistance than most eggshell and flat paints. They resist dirt more and can be scrubbed more vigorously. They are a good choice for kitchens and bathrooms, or applied to trim and doors, an excellent choice for kidâ€™s rooms or high traffic areas.
Bathroom Remodeling
. Walk around with a bin and throw any bits of clutter into it. Grab an all-purpose cleaner for wiping down countertops and polishing your faucets. Itâ€™s also a good idea to keep a separate set of towels in the kitchen and bathroom which you can swap out right before a showing.
Flooring
Door Installation/Replacement
We do screening or re-screening and new wood screen door installation like in the photos below. We do new screen installation too. We cut all of our own pressure treated lattice strips to cover the staples. We do not use store bought non pressure treated junk like some home builders use!
Drywalls
With we did any painting. We sealed these water stains on the ceiling and some on the walls using a Sherwin Williams product then patched the twenty holes and fixed the other drywall damage

Who doesn't want a clean driveway? Dirty concrete can be dangerous when wet and you could slip and get hurt. I have had some close calls myself while working.

Pressure washing attachment for concrete driveways, patios and walkways. This 18 inch surface cleaner is the best we have ever used and has done a great job cleaning concrete. Window Installation/Replacement
As a trim carpenter with them I also installed a large amount of the trim from around 2005 to November 2008. I hung interior doors, installed baseboard, trimmed out cased openings, windows and doors and built built-in bookcases and mantels.

Gutters
Caution! It is possible that this cleaner, when used onolder gutters could remove some of the factory finish, thus requiring the gutters to be painted.
Siding
This one was on Big Ridge and they had replace all of the siding before we started except the high end. Like all the homes we paint it was not sprayed. All siding and trim was brushed with two coats.

Carpentry
We can also do some light trim carpentry and we build built-in if they are to be painted. We may also be able to do minor interior and exterior repairs to soffits and trim depending on the height and severity of the problems.
Caulking
I would highly recommend them. They did an excellent job in not only painting, but also in caulking between the old asbestos siding where needed and pre-cleaning before the paint job.
