        I moved away so I tried out Pe...

        I moved away so I tried out Petco in Cleveland. NEVER again! I'll take the time to drive back to you for my dogs grooming needs. They were horrible. Y'all are always super friendly and do an excellent job with my dogs!

        I took my 2 dogs to Petco in Clevland to get baths and one to get clipped. Picked them up and the one I had clipped had several places where he was shaved right to the skin. My other dog was shedding just as bad as when I took her in. After a good bath, she stops shedding for a while. She didn't even smell good.

        And to top it off the staff was horrible! Very rude, no smiles, thank you, nothing.

        I only went to this store bc I had moved but I will now take the extra time to drive to Petsmart in Hixson where staff and service is wonderful AND cheaper for the same service!

        I miss y'all! Thanks for being so wonderful!
