Hodgenville Clinic

Dr. Catlett and his staff have always been GREAT! However, since Dr. Preston and his incompetent receptionist came into the picture it's been a living HELL!! Everything from screwing up appointments to failing to renew prescriptions numerous times!!!! She will even hang up on you when you call for no reason. A few months ago I went in and the whole waiting room was complaining about her. I don't know why they don't fire her. She has ruined their reputation.

Dr. Tran is no longer here to see his former patients. Hes gone. Left this practice in Hodgenville. He will truely be missed.

I am now, having to look & find another Dr.., as the medicine's Im on, alot of Drs. will not accept me. I am on dis-ability...can not work, & have little time for people to give me rides to see Dr's. The medications Im on are not supposed to be stopped quickly, for fear of a stroke or other harsh side effects. This worries me. I wonder how many other people are struggling to find another Dr., before their med. refills are gone. Its a shame, in this day & age, that more & more Doctors arent willing to help honest, law abiding citizens with their health. I also suffer from anxiety, which, anyone who does too, understands, this isnt helping it @ all. The more Dr's I call, tell them what meds I take & get turned away. Absolutley heartbreaking !!!!!! I really need a Dr that cares & wants to help me. I dont want a Dr. that just throws out meds @ me, I want one who cares!!! One who will take the time to talk to me & really help me. as Dr. Tran did.
