I work a rough schedule and they are always accommodating to get my 2001 jeep wrangler in for service. Renata is such a great example of what real customer service should be. Always attentive of each customer either on the phone or in person. She always calls and discusses the issue that Mark had found and gives the price of the repair in such a professional way. The work is always done in proper time and to perfection.They are more like family to me than just a company.

I have been taking all three of my vehicles to Mark and Renata at RPM Auto Repair for many years now and I must say I couldn't be happier with their services. They always greet me with a smile, explain to me in simple terms what the problem is, and what my choices are to resolve them. There has been many times I have thought I needed a repair and was expecting and willing to pay the price to fix it, however after Mark did his diagnostics, he determined the repair wasn't needed and in many cases was just a simple fix. They could have easily charged me and I wouldn't have know the difference, however their honesty and integrity wouldn't allow that. It's easy to find a qualifed repair shop, however it's a different story to find one that you trust. I have found that trustworthy shop with RPM and have referred my family, friends and coworkers. All of which have thanked me for referring RPM to them as well. THANK YOU RPM for being upfront and honest. It's no wonder why you have so many repeat customers.

I have been using RPM Auto Repair in Holiday, Florida for a while now. What I really like about them is their honest --- in my opinion, great service is not just about what someone does for you -- but what they DONT do as well. They could have easily charged more money to fix a problem I was having with my Jeep (I would have paid it) - instead, they identified work that was actually covered under my warranty AND DID NOT CHARGE ME for their time. First of all, $32 for an oil change? They want to try to convince you it is because of the"special" chemical additive they use. If it is so special I would think that it would either give better performance/gas mileage to the car, or there would be a longer period in between changes needed. Neither is true.

Regardless, the last oil change we got there was my wife's car. The hood latch will not open now. She, nor anyone else, has touched this since this company last did at the oil change. At this time, my wife also had the tires rotated. She shortly after these services had a flat. The shop she took it to told her she was very lucky as the lug nuts on at least two tires were very loose and probably due to them not being tightened completely when the tires were rotated.
