Always take my cars to Wrays auto service only. They do quality work at reasonable prices. Fair and honest is hard to find in the service industry but you get that with Wrays auto service. I have a Pontiac Gto, Infiniti, Mustang GT and Grand Prix and Garvin and his son have always fixed my car as if it was one of their own. This is the place to go ignore that one negative review. That's a car brand issue not workmanship issue.

This is a response to Kacie B.: We are sorry you are unsatisfied with your experience. We have not heard from you about this situation. We are a member of the NAPA Autocare Program so all parts and service are covered under a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty. Please bring your vehicle back in for a free inspection. If there are any issues with our product or service, we will take care of it. Thank you, Wray's Auto Service.

We are celebrating 30 years with Garvin at Wray's Auto Service. Three words - honest - talented - humble. We have five cars: 2007 Mustang, 2008 Mustang, 1999 Infiniti, 1993 Chevrolet truck, 2002 GMC Denali. Like Garvin - they just keep going.

An additional response to Kenneth H.: As I previously replied: You have a 24 month, 24,000 mile warranty on anything that is on your original invoice. If you were not happy you could have asked us to recheck the vehicle at any time since the original work was done. You still seem very upset with the situation but you have not responded to any efforts to rectify the problem. Stop by the shop and we can get this situation resolved to your satisfaction. You are already a year into your warranty. Garvin Wray, Wray's Auto Service
This is in response to Kenneth H. The truth is: the customer's car, a Jaguar, received new tires, new struts, new brakes, a new radiator, valve cover gaskets, and other items in March, 2014. First, the wiring harness was replaced with a new original manufacturer's part at no cost to the customer and its failure was due to a parts issue, not a workmanship issue. Second, the customer declined replacement of a cracked composite valve cover due to its cost so the valve cover was repaired with an adhesive which was not our preferred procedure. Third, we were called about a possible additional coolant leak and the customer did not show for the appointment. All of our work is covered by a nationwide, 2 year, 24,000 mile parts and labor warranty. If any item listed on the original invoice has failed, it is still under warranty. We pride ourselves on customer service and are very disappointed that the customer did not approach us with his concerns.

Well, he may be a good USA Auto mechanic, but he is NOT a European Auto Mechanic. I spent about 5000 dollars, to repair struts, tires, oil leak, radiator leak (both of which NEVER stopped leaking)...first day out of the shop, my sensor wiring set off all dash lights because the wires were not connected right and were worn off dragging under the car. I took it back because it kept leaking radiator fluid, left it there all day, and they could not find the radiator leak. Do you think they would find the oil leak they supposedly already found the first time??? I can only speak on my vehicle, and I will say I would try to work on it myself before I took it back there! Sorry, Garvin, but you know it is true!

I will never go to the dealership again!!! Garvin is the smartest guy who ever looked under a hood. The price is right and they delivered my car when it was repaired. I love this place!!
