I've had pianos in my home for decades. I contacted Carrie Jo to come to my house and tune my two baby grand pianos. She was very accommodating to my schedule and came out to my home this past weekend. She not only did a fantastic job, but went beyond the realm of just piano tuning and cleaned the piano as well. Carrie Jo did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the tuning of my Yamaha Baby Grand. Also, she was the first piano tuner who took the time to vacumn out the piano and clean under the strings. Her beautiful piano playing was a BONUS!
