Jenkins Crystler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa

It's an absolute shame this dealership along with the dealership in Inverness are useless their customer service is lacking majorly . What ever you do don't buy your vehicles from crystal nor have them repaired.
I had my r/t avenger repaired there after a fender bender they didn't replace both headlights and the service paperwork said they did
One of the headlights is cracked on the inside faulty equipment, the hood flew up while driving down the road they insisted it was my fault saying (I hit the lever with my foot) not happy with their service
Still paying out of pocket for their botched up repairs
