The best customer service. There was only one basic mower available, but the mower had everything I needed, at a price I could manage. While the next step up in mower was offered, and it's advantages explained, in no way were they pushy about my buying more than I needed. When I explained my teen would be the one to use the mower, they took the time to show my son where everything was on the model, and even took the mower into the back to make sure fluids were topped off and it was in working order. And while technology has not been embraced to today's standards, this small business is everything you could possibly want it to be. Thank you for a painless purchase experience!
