Bella Beads

I walked in the other day to see if I could get some sterling silver earring help. I had to wait at least 10 minutes while the lady behind the counter was helping another customer (obviously a friend of some sort). The lady did not even acknowledge me as I looked around nor said anything like "I'll be with you in a minute" or "can I help you with anything," etc. etc. The lady (I assume she was the owner as she said "my store" throughout her conversation with the customer) finished with the customer and went in the back, leaving me alone in the store for at least a couple minutes (an eternity if I were a thief). When she finally acknowledged me she seemed agitated that I wanted to ask a question instead of buying something outright. She said that if she didn't have it displayed that she didn't have it. I asked if she knew who might be able to assist me. She said that "I don't shop anywhere else" in a stern demeanor and seemed insulted that I would ask such a question. She eventually rattled off some other stores of which I had never heard of.



I went to this store because it seemed like a good place to start to find what I was looking for. If I found it there, all the more better. Alas I did not. I did not expect to be treated so rudely (especially this day and age where customer service is a first priority).



I strongly do not recommend anyone going to this store. There are several other stores (one down the street at Ward Center, a coupel of miles away) that are much more courteous and are more than willing to help even if they don't have what you are looking for.
