the customer service on this place is terrible. knowing that we place our order ahead, we actually waited for over an hour. I was mad and ready to talk to the manager and want our money back, when the waitress told us to wait for maybe about 3 more minutes...it was almost one hour and 5 minutes since we place our order then the food finally came 15 min later...so thats a total of 1:20 for a shrimp tempura....it wasnt as good as i thought it would get...i was expecting something more...
