Domino's Pizza

This Dominos in Hoover on Lorna Rd. customer service is horrible. I ordered some food and when I arrived to get it the door was locked and nobody was visible in the store at all. The phone started ringing so I stood outside thinking someone has to answer the phone and see me but no one did. It was the middle of the day so I was wondering was something wrong. I went home and called the store. The girl proceeds to tell me the door wasn't locked and she was making pizzas which if she was I would've seen here. When I told her the door was locked and I didn't see her anywhere she proceeds to get mad at me and start hollering at me so I just hang up. I go back to the store and I as soon as I open the door,that is unlocked now, she is on the phone talking to the police telling them I'm irate. At this point I am pissed off. For an employee of a business to be rude and disrespectful to a customer over the phone then call the police on the customer when they come to the store to address the situation is ridculous especially when the employee was in the wrong for having the door locked in the middle of the day and being rude over the phone.Plus, I never threatened the employee at all. Futhermore, I attempted to contact the store owner Jon Creasy and he did not attempt to call me back to the address the situation. I email the Dominos franchise and they got right back with me to let me know they would be contacting him to let him know about the situation and for him to contact me. A week went by and he still did not contact me. I emailed Dominos back again bc they told me to if he didn't contact me. They said they were gonna contact him again and tell him to get in contact with me immediately. That was five days ago and still haven't heard from him. This whole situation happened two weeks ago. Even if he doesn't care he could ACT like a professional and at least indulge me so I can tell him what happened and that I don't appreciate it. Clearly good customer service is not high on his list must haves for his business. He won't have to worry about my business anymore though. He probably doesn't care but it will be a few less dollars in his pocket. I've never written a bad review on company online but this situation is ridculous.

Very fast service. Pizza always arrives in less than 20 minutes. Awesome pizza too!
