Dollar Tree

I would like to speak to a district mgr, or a supervisor in charge of compliants ! I went in the Dollar Tree in Hope, AR. on April 28, 2014 , there was NO one at the registers , NONE of the numbers were lit up, NO clerks at the cash registers. I needed a refund , the person was a black lady w/short curley hair , acting crazy to customers ! Time was appox, 9:30 A.M. She was very, rude, would not give refund, I better not see that lady in that store again! I'm the customer, & I demand service & respect ! There is no reason why the black lady should act like that to customers, she told me herself that she had other people coming in & complainting about the way she acted towards other customers !
