Outstanding company to work with for any project you want turned into reality! I had Mr. Dawson come out and look at my deck to see if repair or replacement was the way to go. He provided honest feedback as to what needed to be replaced. I decided to tear down the old deck which was a previous owners summer project and replace with 72 sqft larger deck. The price quoted was reasonable and on par with a previous quote we had with another company without an additional disposal fee. While providing feedback on the deck, I also requested an estimate to replace our fence pickets and the double gate. I decided to go with Steel Caliber as Mr. Dawson is committed to customer service and his team can do it all. Once I was on board, the Steel Caliber team went to work removing the old fence pickets and replacing with new ones. The crew showed up on time and were professional which is hard to find these days! The team worked hard only taking a lunch break even on the hottest of days. They even impressed my neighbor who also requested a quote. The double gate was replaced fully with new posts as well since the old posts were not square and the gate could not function as designed. The deck was promptly dismantled and the new deck constructed. While dismantling the old deck Mr. Dawson informed me of the improper installation of the old deck (not attached to the house except with small screws) had done to the siding which needed to be replaced. I offered since siding was now part of the project that we had two additional siding panels that needed to be replaced and he promptly provided a reasonable quote for the labor and vinyl siding. At the end of the day we are overly excited about our new deck and the quality to which it was built. Mr. Dawson operates a very efficient company with reasonable prices to execute any project you desire. He will be my go to for future projects. On a finale note, Mr. Dawson is true to his word that you will not receive a final invoice until you are fully satisfied with the project.
