EVERYTHING is home made: pierogies, potato pancakes, paprikash, goulash, cabbage rolls, dumplings.... Salad bar is always fresh and crisp. This is, without a doubt, one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. And save room for the dessert - the owner of the Bistro is a gifted baker- all desserts are made from scratch- cakes, pies, puff pastries. The staff is welcoming and helpful and the prices are more than reasonable. One word: GO!
