All Kleen Services, LLC

After septic backup, I hired All Kleen to clean and sanitize my tile floor. $662.00. They were here 1 hour and 40 minutes. They moved no furniture away from the walls, just cleaned the middle, leaving a mess in the bathroom and behind the furniture. They said they were done. I'm 78 years old but I pulled the furniture out an hour later and you can see from the pictures what they left behind. The worker said it was because he used a circular machine and the machine pushed the dirt behind the furniture. That was a lie because most pieces were flush with the floor, or had carpet right next to the furniture, not to mention what they left in the bathroom! These pictures were taken AFTER they said they were done and left.
I had to call and ask them to come back, which they did, but one man blamed it on the other. "That's what happens when you don't watch what the other guy is doing." They couldn't even bother to clean behind the toilet brush! The circular floor machine certainly did not leave this mess! I can't even begin to tell you how stressed out I was! I was in tears. A neighbor came both times as a witness. Even the 2nd time, they did not do that great of a job. I paid the bill under protest!
