Alma Latina Seafood & Taqueria

The food was smothered with cheese but I love cheese so that's fine but NOBODY SPOKE ENGLISH so it is always hard placing my order. I'm not talking about them not being able to speak good english...they can't even speak broken english. I've been to Mexico alot before and almost all the restaraunts over there had people who spoke english. This is just flat out lazy and disrespectful to me that they atleast do not have ONE person who speaks decent english...and trust me, they don't have one person over there like that. I've been there enough....other than that the food is good (not great) and the lucas apples are the bomb! If you're going to eat there, bring a translater.

Not sure what the other reviewer's problem was with this restaurant, because my husband and I thought it was wonderful. We were sold on the 2 salsa's they give you up front and they had the best guacamole that we've ever had from a "Taqueria" ever. In fact, it was better than most other well known Tex-Mex restaurants. We love the texture of the Taco Shells (nice and sturdy), not soggy. We will definitely go there again. As far as not knowing English, well, what do you expect from a Taqueria? Point to the item you want on the menu, why don't you? You'll get what you ordered.

No one spoke english...I had a difficult time placing an order. "Authentic food"...seemed to be smothered in velveta. I won't be going back.
