Welcome to Custom Car Cool Custom Car Cool was founded in 1986 by owner Oscar Arce and has built a reputation of providing quality service and craftsmanship to the Houston area. CCC initially started out as an automotive air conditioning installation and repair company while doing paint and body work in the slower winter months. Oscar's passion for classic cars and hot rods soon took the business in a new direction. A few years later, CCC expanded business to building traditional street rods, hot rods, muscle cars, and all out custom fabricated projects in addition to automotive air conditioning.
