Kelly is a graduate intern completing her Master’s Degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University, accredited through the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). She is under the supervision of Allie Sauls, MA, LPC-S. Kelly has a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University. She uses her teaching background of 8 years in public education when working with children, adolescents, and their families. Kelly is passionate about helping individuals of all ages who are dealing with anxiety, depression, infertility, grief, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues.

Group counseling is an effective form of therapy in that it offers a sense of connection to others who have had similar experiences as you. Group counseling provides a community of understanding and support with the help and facilitation of a licensed professional counselor. In group counseling, clients are able to enter a confidential environment to process and work through a range of issues such as significant life changes, grief and loss, divorce recovery, family transitions, life and social skills, managing anxiety and depression, and many others.
