Med Care Clinic

I have been putting up with this place for 3 years, mainly for the sake of convenience. I think I am done now. I have to come for monthly visits to have my prescriptions refilled. Of all the times I have been here, I have only seen the actual doctor maybe 4 or 5 times. Every other time I come, I am seen by a Physicians' Assistant (a few different ones). Although qualified on paper to treat patients, the PAs have no business treating patients as a doctor should...and all of the PAs I've seen here have been incompetent. Oh, and they have no problem charging me and my insurance full price for a DOCTOR visit! The office staff is very rude, and treat every patient as a burden. They are incredibly disorganized as well. They have lost paperwork and charts for my family, and I've heard the same has happened to other patients while I was in the waiting room. We have expressed our disgust with the office staff previously with the doctor, but nothing changed.
