If I could give a zero star rating I would. I have to agree with the previous review regarding Paul, he is the typical used car salesman with. I purchased a jag on a Saturday and found that oil was leaking from the headers when I brought it home that evening. I turned the car back in on Monday for repairs and didn't get it back until 2 weeks later. The heater was busted and their mechanic tricked me into thinking it needed to run for a while before heating. I thought I walked away with a good deal since I talked them down from the original price. I lost the 3 month/3000 mile warranty because of it. The 2 weeks my vehicle was with them did not help at all since they only changed the gasket on one side.. it only took a couple of weeks until the other side went out. The total cost of repairs for the Heater, AC, Radiator Hose, Header Gaskets, Transmission, Coils and Control Arms cost me over $8000. On top of all that, all four tires plus the spare had to be replaced due to the spare cut and two tires flat the day after purchase. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you plan to spend at least the amount of what you purchased the vehicle for on repairs.

The ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE TO buy q car. NOT REPUTABLE!!! Overly aggressive guy named Paul definitely fit the mold description of a "used car salesman" sketchy, shiasty, and a CROOK! His attire is awful and equally his listening skills. He tried to "up" the price of a BMW by $2,000 more than what the manager had quoting 5 minutes before I spoke to him. After reiterating to him and being very strong and definite about my interest in one vehicle only, he brought back keys for one vehicle I adamantly told him I had ZERO interest! Even afterwards he convinced the finance manager to run a credit application for tge vehicle I had ZERO interest. His intelligence and communication skills are far below those of Jethro from tge Hillbillies; as well as his dress. His clothes were dirty and he appeared to be disheveled when answering questions. But after leaving I realized it was his way of trying to skim and coerch me to run the credit application. This place has changed names several times and I'm not at all optimistic about these guys being around throughout the end of 2011.

I will never buy a car from them again!!!! They super glue all the parts back on the cars that they get from auctions tell you they will fix the things that are wrong with it and never do!!! When you have no working AC and no working window in Texas it gets a little hot!! I have 4 kids and did not know before buying the car that the AC nor the heater worked and have been fighting with them about it every since! When I call they put me on hold for up to 30 min plus at a time but why would they care they got my money and thats all this business cares about!! I would never recommend anyone going here!!! Now they are telling us that they will not fix the AC at all because they didnt put it in writing wow!!! They will sell you anything to make money!!! No working window no working AC or heat the sunroof doesant work! The shift knob fell off within the first week of buying it and now the check engine light is on and we have had it about a month!!! If you want a good car I would not go here!!!
