Northbrooke Apartments

before I moved into this apartment complex...big mistake! Please, please listen, and do not move here!! The management team is so, so, so rude!! I pay my rent 2 weeks in advance...EVERY month, and I still get treated like crap. Extra fees are always showing up. I keep up with my accounts, and they're never explained with details. Then, they're rude with me when I ask questions about the fees. I love my apartment - it is beautiful, but I hate the area and especially the management team. They are so unprofessional! I can't wait until my lease is up, so I can RUN out of there!!! Parking is a nightmare unless you pay extra for a spot...which I'm doing. The neighbors are just out of control, no consideration for the people around them. I don't mind loud music, or even loud talking...but, not at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning. Sometimes, I hear people fighting outside, too. The neighbors throw trash down in the entrance hall, which we have to sweep up constantly. I've asked the office to send a note about this, but they've done nothing. The maintenance people are very nice, they pretty much take care of things as soon as they can.
