        Bad experience even before checking in.
        I called in, asked about the shuttle and the attendant at the hotel told me the exact place to wait at the airport C105.
        I hopped in the Red roof shuttle, all good. Got to the check in and the front desk tells me I'm at the wrong Red roof inn. Apparently there are several near each other. They have different shuttles that I was supposed to know to ask if they were the "other" redroof inn.

        Cancelled and stayed at the one I was at.

        Will never stay or recommend the RedRoof inn BELTWAY (520 sam Houston). If it was this bad a start imagine the rest.
        Stay away.
