Rice Village Animal Hospital

I brought my puppy here for 2 visits until I realized that they were not the right fit for me. The veterinarian (Kuo) was rude and not helpful with any questions I had. My puppy was microchipped here and I filled out the registration on the spot & handed it back to the tech to take care of. They also provided him with a "google number" - which, to this day, does not work. It wasn't until a few days ago, when my dog was lost, that I found out they were RECKLESS and IRRESPONSIBLE with the microchip as well. They never registered my dog & when I called took no responsibility nor were they a bit apologetic.

I do not recommend this office at all.

I recently moved here to Houston and came to Rice Village Animal Hospital with no appointment and was so impressed by the two girls working the front desk Jacquline and Karen who let me in before opening time, they were both so welcoming and caring assuring me that everything would be okay. They even extended offerings of coffee,soda,water and managed to get me checked in to see the vet in less than 15 minutes.Overall the staff here is impressive very knowledgeable and courteous to my needs. I will definitely be coming back and will be sharing with everyone I know who has a pet to visit this amazing hospital.

I took my dog, Emma, in for urinary problems. Dr Luper has been very dedicated to finding a solution! She has even called me at home several times to check up on her! Everyone was nice and I would highly recommend them!
