I watched this van, packed full of crying puppies in tiny pet carriers, for half an hour, while reporting it to Animal Control. Their response? "We'll get there when we can, but it could be hours." ...It took every ounce of self control that I could muster not to rescue them myself, though, of course if I did, I would have gone to jail. ...Puppy mills should be illegal. What a disgusting way to make $. The a$$hole closed the doors when he realized I was watching, which of course, did nothing but to make me even angrier.

When asked where their puppies and kittens came from, the owner replied that he raises them all himself.......Backyard breeder!!!

I bought my fur baby from them in 2012 and she is the light of my life. I was visiting Florida and had to fly her home on an airplane. She did very well no problems. I love her so much and she is quite the character!

Third puppy purchased from them going back to 2009. Sweetest dogs. No complaints. They answered every question we had with no problem.

I bought 2 sphynx kittens from them at the same time drove from Ky to florida to get them, Never met Gloria but of course met Allan, spend first nigh on way home in pet friendly hotel, kittens used litterbox but had diarrhea, called Allan immediately they responded and told me it was because of the stress. Got them home and on regular diet and all was well no sickness at all, they had to send me their papers and they did within 3 weeks. So all was ok the kittens did very well and were beautiful. I have read so many negative reviews about these people and their animals but they treated me fairly and my cats never were sick.

I have purchased THREE perfectly healthy puppies from Allen and Gloria. And they were the BIGGEST BLESSINGS in my life. I thank God everyday for blessing me with my wonderful furbabies. Not only are the puppies temperaments amazing, but also their prices are very fair. I can't recommend them enough.

I bought a puppy for 600.00 a shitzu. He said there was a litter of five. 2 females and 3 males. I chose a female. Each week I came to visit her I only saw her and 2 males. Finally on November 28 th. By December 1 st. I had her to the vets. Because she wasn't eating right or drinking. I contacted Alan early in the morning and showed there. He said she was stressed from new surroundings. Took her after he told me this. The vet said she had a stomach virus and put her on antibiotics and ivd her with fluids. With in less than 2 days she died. She had blood in her stools and vomiting. Alan and Gloria refuse to accept the paperwork. And refused to comment to BBB. They really are a mill. But I did call animal control and they passed. But Alan and Gloria told me I get f n nothing. Yes they said the whole words. Cause I called animal control and BBB. So I remind myself that God let me give her the love she needed for5 days to feel special which she was. I have to give a rating I really don't want to. Do I am forced to push 1

I just went inside to find something for my dogs and I heard a baby Chihuahua crying and I saw he was in the window. So I went over and I saw sign that said sanitize your hands before you touch can spread disease so I use the sanitizer on my hands. There was no lock on the crate door and he was crying so I thought it was OK to pick him up and pet him and give him Attention. The owner came over to me yelling at me for picking up the dog and petting the dog he said "ma'am do you know of any other pet shop that allows you to pick up the animals you're not supposed to take the dog out of the crate "so I said I'm sorry I didn't see a sign all I saw was sanitize your hands before touching animal and there was no lock on the crate so I thought it was OK and he continued to yell at me so I told him "do you know that I am eight months pregnant and you're yelling at me like this, I don't need to be treated like this" I also told him that this place was recommended by close business associates of his. And he continued to yell at me calling me names like "ridiculous". I was so upset I sat in the parking lot crying and hyperventalating because I didn't mean to do anything wrong. I called my husband who works for his business associate to calm me down.

Alan owes me a LOT of money. I bought a kitten from him. He was supposed to send me papers and never did after numerous calls, I took him to court and he never showed. Judge granted me the judgement but I never got anywhere with that! That man owes me money!!!! He is not a good person!

I was looking at the puppys and kittens caged up on wire floors,ask the owner where they come from,he told me he is the back yard breeder,and said he would rather shoot animal activist than have them come into his store.Animals should not have a price on their head for a mans greed for money

Horrible conditions, animals malnourished, heinous people. They are there for the profit. Considering how many dogs and cats are in the shelter, it's ridiculous to not adopt.

Bought a beautiful Bengal kitten from Alan. She was very skinny when we got her and got sicker and sicker. Thousands in dollars in vet bills and nothing helped. We had to put her down at only a few months old. My family was devastated. This place is filthy and not up to any standards. Alan is acts nice until something happens. He turned his back on us and ignored our contract. We have never been so upset in our lives and this man is a total jerk. We also had a family friend buy a kitten from him that soon passed away as well. This place needs to be shut down.
