First Fuel and Propane

So glad I made the switch. The customer service is great and I can actually get a hold of someone in there office. I specifically like that its a family owned business and there pricing a very reasonable.

This company has gone above and beyond since the moment I signed up with them. When my last supplier left me without propane in the middle of winter First Fuel was there the same day to get new tanks hooked up and I had heat within a few hours of my first conversation with them. The technician who came out to my home was very professional and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new provider!

Prompt, professional and reliable, plus their prices are great! I always choose to do business with family-owned and local businesses when that option is available, and First Fuel is one of the best. I especially love the tank monitors -- I never have to worry about running out. Plus, they go the extra mile -- the night before the recent major blizzard they were filling the tank at 9pm to make sure we didn't run out if the storm prevented people from driving. It is those thoughtful personal touches that really sets them apart from their competition.

From day 1 of purchasing our house this company has been horrible. First they just switch name on account I can see all previous homeowners transactions when logged in online. Second they pretty much called nonstop after we bought house pressuring us into keeping them. Then they locked us in to the previous owners rates at $2.69 a gallon ( everyone else is around $1.89) we called told them we were considering switching company's so they then sent someone out to fill our tanks that week. When we called they were kind enough to drop our amount down to $2.29 a gallon. They have automatic delivery except the fact that the regulator must not be working and we ran out of propane!!!!! Terrible would never ever ever want to do business with this company ever again!!!
