I'm giving 3 stars because some of the sales staff were very helpful and there was a good selection. Fewer stars because their prices are so inflated and they refused to accept the return of a new uninstalled faucet that did not fit our sink because we did not have the original box and we had to eat three hundred bucks. The faucet has been sitting in our garage collecting dust. The customer service lady looked at us like we were thieves and this after purchasing over $800 worth of fixtures and plumbing. No box? Really? Thanks for your lack of customer service. We will never shop you again and we will continue to share our experience with local friends and neighbors.
