After we paid in full for a headstone for a family member, we waited approximately two months for a printout of the gravestone that was said (by employee) to be mailed in a week after our purchase, I telephoned to see about the holdup. I was told that they were very busy and that they would mail it out within the week and they would call me back that day to verify. Needless to say, none of that happened. Two weeks later I called to express my displeasure with the business and was told that she didn't legally have to talk to me and that she didn't appreciate my tone and continued to make excuses for the delay. While dealing with a loss of a family member, it is sad that you must deal with the failings of a poorly ran business with employees that cannot take feedback that may not be the most flattering. I strongly encourage those that unfortunately must make a purchase such as this, to consider any other business. Foster's has failed to provide the service that they told our family that they would. It has been over three months and we have yet to receive the printout of what the stone will look like. Things like this shouldn't be something that lingers.
