        I found this company on the ne...

        I found this company on the net and decided to give them a try. They send out a tech to repair my dryer at a tenants house. I was not there myself, but my tenant told me not to ever call these people again! They are complete a$$holes! My tenant told me that the guy that was repairing the dryer was very arrogant, didnt want to explain what the problem really was and why it happened in the first place. He did manage to fix the dryer, but he did not leave any bad parts behind. The bill was a little over 200 dollars, which is pretty strange, because the guy was in and out in 20 min! I was sure my tenant got overcharged so I called the company to ask a few questions. The second I told them that I wasnt satisfied with the bill, the phone went dead... I dont recommend them to anyone. F- service... You are better off doing it yourself.

        I want to commend you on your fine service. This is the second time I have used your service-- this week for a broken oven. Your technician, Russell, was on time, courteous and efficient and your fees are very reasonable. I appreciate good service and will use your company again. Thank you

        Very profetional and honest.

        The work was done quickly and efficiently by a friendly fellow. He also recommended installing a heating device, which would permanently eliminate the chronic blockages of the drainage tube in my refrigerator caused by ice. Thank you!
