Authentic Designs

This firm was supposed to complete a set of plans for our home renovation. After weeks/months, we kept asking about the plans and getting the run around. I taught college English for a decade, and Scott used the same excuse of "computer problems" that my worst students used when they had absolutely no part of the assignment completed. Months of waiting, no product, lots of time wasted.
