TERRIBLE SERVICE - LATE - DIRTY CHAIRS - NO RETURN CALL

I sent the email below to the Party Rental company the day of my event and called and asked to speak to a manager. They stopped answering my calls and when they finally mentioned that the manager/owner was in the office he stated that he would call me later in the week when he was not busy. UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE Service.

I called this morning and spoke with the lovely lady who has helped me all week. However, the delivery service has been the worst that I have ever experienced in my life. When the order arrived, they didn't have my chair color and offered white chairs. To make a long story short, the driver stated that he would return around 8 pm with the black chairs that I ordered. He never showed up.

He arrived at 8:30 am the next morning and my event started at 10. He walks in with dirty shoes and doesn't acknowledge that he never showed up the previous day or even say hello. He drops the chairs off and leaves. I was wondering why there was so much dirt on my floor but I thought it was from his shoes. I proceed to open a chair and it literally is covered In clumps of dirt (picture attached). What kind of service is this? If this occurred yesterday then maybe we could have gotten chair covers but this happened an hour and a half before my event. Someone please call to discuss this matter as soon as possible.

...No response to the email, no offer to bring new chairs. It took us an hour to clean these filthy chairs. Shame on your company.

THE PEOPLE AT USA PARTY RENTAL ARE REALLY FRIENDLY AND HAVE REASONABLE PRICES...I JUST HAD A HUGE PARTY AND USA PARTY RENTAL GAVE A PRICE THAT WAS IN MY BUDGET...UNLIKE OTHER PARTY RENTAL PLACES THEY WERE GIVING ME A HIGHER PRICE ON THE SAME EQUIPMENT USA PARTY RENTAL HAD...ALSO USA PARTY RENTAL CLEAN THEIR EQUIPMENT BEFORE GOING OUT AND NO HIDDEN FEE..
