I took my work van to Hartis Auto and gave Brad the impossible task of figuring out why my van wouldn't start for me but did after I had it towed to his shop. He ran a few test and ruled out what I thought it was and diagnosed it. Very reasonable price to fix it. I will take my vehicles there from now on.

Easily the best around for miles. I work in an Auto Dealership with a Service Department and I still take my truck to Brad. Went to Redline Automotive for a few years and was excessively charged. From the first day I walked in the door at Harris Automotive Christy at the front desk and Brad working in the shop I could tell this was a service shop that cared. I've never felt like I was being charged more than necessary and Brad always takes the time to explain what needs done and how long it will be. Quit wasting your money elsewhere and take your vehicle to Hartis Automotive.

In response to Jose M. There is a sign clearly posted in the lobby that your were standing in that states there is a minimum charge of $35.00.

Beware! Took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and was never told or signed anything that if they can't align the vehicle I'll be charged $35 for putting it on the rack. Was ripped off and suggest you find another shop to do an alignment! You let the customer know before you take it in there will be a charge if you can't perform an alignment! BEWARE! Took in November 12, 2015

Brad Hartis at Hartis Auto solved a problem another shop left me with(Matthews towing & Auto). He did it in about 20 minutes. The other shop talked to me like I was an idiot. Brad was friendly and listened. I will be their customer from now on.
