I've been using Bolls for eight years and their service has always been exceptional. I wouldn't consider using any other firm for my heating and AC work. Brian is a real pro and gentleman.

I am surprised to read these reviews for Bolls here.We had a horrible experience last year with them.My wife called them for a routine maintainence after seeing their Ad for 2 in 1 deal in the Newspaper.After the technician had worked on the outside unit he came in & scared my wife that our outside unit had a major leak & needed to be replaced(The A/C had worked until then for several days,this was in May11).We got an estimate from another person working for the company,the next day.We also got estimates from 2 other companies(unfortunately their technicians also said we had a major leak & needed the unit to be replaced).Then a friend of mine who knows people/technicians who do this kind of work,brought his man to take a look at our unit.His diagnosis was that there is no leak & that the Freon/Refrigent was low(Big question as to how that happened when the unit had done a pretty good job of carrying the load for many days prior to that).He added some Freon & we did not have anymore problems the rest of the entire warm season last year & there were quite a few hot days last summer.SO FOLKS BEWARE OF SMOOTH TALKERS.

Bolls installed a Lennox Air Conditioner. The workman arrived on time and performed their work in a professional way. The office staff was polite when I called with questions and I will use Bolls for other heating and cooling needs for my home.

The people at Bolls are friendly, helpful, and professional. The technician arrived on time, explained the work he would do to determine the problem and presented options to fix the problem with our home heat pump. The technician tested our system for both heating and cooling operation when the repairs were complete. The service call took about 30 minutes and our cooling functions better than it has in some time. All of this at a fair price!

Bolls came out to install new ac. All things went well. Very pleased.
