These guys are great. I have a good car but I drive it pretty hard - lots of long distances and the occasional disabling pothole. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't absolutely need - if something could wait to be replaced or wasn't totally essential to safe driving, they'd let me know but never pressure me to get it done right then. They are usually very busy, so it might take a day or two to get major work done, but they will do it right and completely back up their parts and workmanship. I'm a customer for life!

They diagnosed my Saturn as needing a new fuel injector. Dropped it in to have it worked on. They called a few hours later to say that they didn't know Saturns needed special fuel injectors and they'd have to order it (I was annoyed they didn't know Saturns wouldn't use regular fuel injectors, but gave them the benefit of the doubt). Said it would be a few days and they'd call when it was in. A week went by with no word. I called. Neither the mechanic nor the manager were in, but some guy said he'd see what he could find out and call me by the end of the day or first thing next morning. By noon the next day I still hadn't heard so I called. He said they were trying to track the part down and he would call me the next morning to let me know where things stood. Again, no call the next morning so I called in the afternoon. Again the guy said he would call me the next day to let me know if they tracked down the part. I never heard back...and that was 2 days ago.
