A & G German Motors

I took my 3 S-Classes to. John and he took care of all them. I took them to a shop it cost me like thousands. I call John told him my problem he took each one in. He said shop kinda full but I will give you my word that it will be done. In a timely Manored. I can respect that. He went way out the way to make sure thar I was happy. Save me alot of money and he straighten up someone else mess up. I sent a few hundred dollars with him. To put the right parts and service included a software up grade. Not recommended. Very incompetent! I went into A&G German for the first time because I wanted to save on money, as appose to the dealers prices. I took my 03 740i in for routine maintenance. I was greeted by a well mannered and convincing service writer/owner. I was sold on over $900.00 in routine maintenance service. They told me they would have my car the following day, they kept it for 3. I finally received a call that my car was ready. When I picked it up I mentioned that my car wasn't running the same. They told me it ran normal to them.

After a week I took it into the BMW Dealership service dept. They diagnosed the problem to be a cracked spark plug. They said A & G more than likely dropped one before they installed it. In comparing prices I only saved about $100.00 by going to A & G. I'm sure there's competent alternatives to the dealer, its just not A&G German.

The A & G German Motors team is by far one of the best out there. I've been taking my BMW to John ever since my warranty expired 5 years ago and I had a run in with a not so reputable place. John was able to take care of the damage done by the other shop as well as proactively identify potential problems before they happened. His staff is friendly and courteous. I wouldn't think of ever taking my car to anyone else!

I took my AMG 55 in and received one of the greatest experiences of my motoring life. They are professional-kind-helpful and exteremly knowledgeable about the Mercedes-Benz Automobile-plus they are passionate about the AMG line by Mercedes-Benz. Not even the Merceres-Benz Dealer was so helpful! The service was great and the price was the best value I have ever had. After there Performance tune, I have never had my AMG 55 cover such vast amount of territory, in such little time!!! It is faster than when I bought It NEW, with the Brimbo Brake Up-Grade it stop's like I am at the track at AAA-California Raceway in, Fontana, CA. like the Big Dog's. This car now get's up and goes, I can stop it too. I am so happy that I found this place,THANK YOU YELLOW PAGES.
