I recently went to this gas station and got charged for pumping gas that was not mine! The charge appeared on my credit card statement once I returned home to San Diego. After months of non-returned phone calls, I am STILL trying to get the manager, Brian Lee, and the area manager, Max (who apparently doesn't have a phone number) to return my calls. THANKS A LOT FOR STEALING MONEY FROM ME DURING CHRISTMASTIME. If you are running out of gas in this area, please just keep driving past this Shell. I would rather drive to Irvine and help you push your car than for this station to get any more business!!!
