Founded in 1982, C.P.E. Incorporated (doing business as A-1 Servomotor Repair since 1997) began operations by repairing electromechanical devices deemed "not repairable" by anyone other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). CPE offered its customers a cost-effective, time-saving alternative to OEM repair by successfully reverse engineering and rebuilding high-tech electromechanical devices. CPE quickly gained a reputation in a variety of automated industries for its ability to rebuild proprietary equipment in a timely, cost effective manner.
