General Info

Meredith & Associates was started in 1986 by Karen Meredith, CPA, CFP. For the several years prior, Karen was the CFO and Treasurer of a NYSE company. Previously, she was a senior on the audit staff of Deloitte in Dallas. Karen graduated from the University of North Texas in Denton and MacArthur High School in Irving. Karen is the author of the book, How to Have Plenty of Money for the Rest of Your Life. She has also been featured on TV, radio, and print including ABCs 20/20 and US News and World Report. Meredith & Associates employs approximately 20-25 experienced public accounting staff, including six CPAs, four CPA candidates, and a group of certified IT specialists. Most of the firms clients are private companies, medical and other professionals, and high net worth families. Firm clients have operations in 48 states and several countries. The firm has extensive experience working with business start-ups and helping businesses and individuals with difficult tax issues.
