Have had “missed” service pickup on a number of occasions. After 3 phone calls in 3 days I have only been told yet again that I will be scheduled for the next business day. I even offered to deliver the trash to one of their offices for their convenience and was only given the closest landfill location. So I guess I should pay Republic to not pick up my trash and then pay a landfill to take it.
If your town like so many are looking at service providers for the community make sure you go to your townhall meeting and oppose Republic Sevices as I will be doing.

I manage a mobile home park in Hanover. Service has gone down hill for the last year. It seems every month they run into problems picking up our trash. Now it's going on 3 weeks with no pick up. If they will do this to a account with 40 container's a week what will they do for a single one.
