I TOTALLY AGREE with the previous reviewer--WOW and then SOME!

I recently moved to the area, and already had a bad experience with a MAJOR NAME local plumbing service that totally took advantage of me. When my heater didn't work in the middle of the recent arctic blast, I had visions of a the same kind of experience. Found E&L online, read some reviews, liked that he was local, and ....., crossed my fingers. Rich was here within the hour, let me hover and ask questions. He explained how the whole system worked, fixed what another person could have EASILY fooled me into thinking was something major AND not only left me with a very toasty home, but a new Plumber's # LOL! Thanks Rich!

All I can say is WOW! Had a problem with my heat (roll out switch) and my now ex-hvac guy had no idea how to fix it. Called E & L and Rich came out that day and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Didn't try to push any parts, said it was a couple different problems, but they could all be fixed with just labor. He noticed my house was on the market so after fixing my problem he also did a maintenance cleaning. He was here working on my furnace for about an hour and forty five minutes and charged me...... you won't believe this.... I didn't..... $65.00!!!!! I thought he was kidding. Most HVAC guys won't even get out of their truck for $65. Needless to say, E&L is my new heating and cooling expert. Thanks Rich, you restored my faith in service people.
